Counselling Fees

  • Individual Therapy (50 minutes) $150

  • Individual Therapy (75 minutes) $200

  • Couples Therapy (50 minutes) $160

  • Couples Therapy (75 minutes) $210

At this time, payment is accepted by e-transfer only. Payment is due before or immediately after the session.

Sliding Scale

I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients who have difficulty accessing counselling. Please contact me for more information.

Insurance Coverage

Most extended benefit plans provide reimbursement for a session with a Registered Clinical Counsellor or a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Please confirm with your benefits provider in advance.

I will provide an email receipt for submission to your extended benefits provider once payment is received. Direct billing is available for select providers.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Payment must be received in full if an appointment is cancelled or missed within 24 hours. This shows respect for our shared time and allows others to book the missed appointment.

Waitlist

I do not offer waitlisting. If we cannot find a time that works, I will provide you with a referral or other resources.
